Mr. Brenton Galley

Brenton Galley was raised in the Southwest and is proud to call Texas his home. He graduated from the University of Texas in 2017 with a B.A. in history and a minor in government. In addition to his degree, Mr. Galley obtained a secondary Texas teacher certification in the subject of history. Mr. Galley brings to the table previous experience teaching world history and geography. Besides teaching, Mr. Galley has eight years of leadership and management experience with Chick-fil-A. A learning enthusiast, Mr. Galley is thrilled to be teaching 8th grade history and logic this year. Mr. Galley is passionate about studying history in order to better understand human flourishing and the human condition. Mr. Galley’s dearest scholastic influences include C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, David McCullough, Mark Noll, and Alvin Plantinga. In 2017, Mr. Galley married Tiffany and is privileged to journey through life with her. The two especially enjoy cooking new dishes together, adventuring in nature, and serving in their local church.
